Cancellation of Repair
  • $10 for all products except VAIO Computer, CLIE™ and Display products
  • $60 for VAIO Computer (Local)
  • $120 for VAIO Computer (Overseas/Parallel Import)
  • $40 for CLIE™ (Local)
  • $60 for CLIE™ (Overseas/Parallel Import)
  • $20 - $30 for LCD TV and home video players/recorders
  • $50 for Plasma WEGA

All charges are excluding GST.

For Audio: Each component will be charged separately.

Service Warranty is reclaimable, except replacement of new parts, within 3 months from first date of collection if same defect occurs.
