I am trying to view 2D images from my smartphone in 3D format but I only see double images on the TV screen.
If the Simulated 3D and 3D Display functions are enabled at the same time, you may see double images instead of 3D images when you are sharing 2D photos from your smartphone. To resolve this issue, follow the steps below before sharing the photos from your smartphone.
- Using the remote control, press the OPTIONS button.
- Select 3D Display by pressing the LEFT arrow or RIGHT arrow button.
- Select Off by pressing the LEFT or RIGHT arrow button.
- Press the ENTER button.
