The illumination LED does not light up, or the unit does not seem to power on
Check the ON/STANDBY indicator to verify whether the unit is turned on. When the indicator lights up in white or orange, the speaker is powered on.
NOTES:
- The illumination LED does not indicate the status of power because it can be turned off independently. Check the power status with the ON/STANDBY indicator
- The illumination LED brightness can be adjusted with the button on the base or the SongPal app. Also, briefly pressing the [ON/STANDBY] button switches the illumination LED on/off.
IMPORTANT: The illumination LED turns on with the brightness level at which the power was last turned off. If you turn off the power with the illumination LED off, the speaker will activate with it off next time.
