Tourist Limited Warranty is not applicable to:

• All Accessories (except D-SLR lenses, DSLR/ILCE flash, DSLR/ILCE lens adaptors)

• LCD Projector
• All Car Audio with Bluetooth function
• SACD player
• Portable Battery Charger
• Portable Wireless Server
• Smart B Trainer
• Smart Tennis Sensor

Who can issue a TLW (Tourist Limited Warranty)
The TLW can be issued by any participating retailer at the time you purchase your Sony product. Please note, you will not be issued a TLW automatically, you will have to request one at the time of purchase. The TLW is available at retail stores within Singapore, offering Duty Free, (or GST free) purchasing of Sony products within the TLW program.
Please ensure that the following details are completed by the dealer upon receiving the TLW card:
- Model name
- Serial number
- Purchase date
- Dealer’s stamp
How to claim TLW
If while overseas you require a warranty repair on a product covered by TLW and you are located in one of the approved countries within the one year manufacturer warranty period. Simply contact the nearest Sony Authorised Service Centre and make arrangements for your product to be repaired using the TLW program. Bring along your TLW card and original purchase receipt when you send in your products for repair.
