What to do if battery capacity is full, but the computer cannot be started when using the battery only?

    • Though PowerPanel or BatteryScope show the battery remaining capacity is 100% (the battery indicator is off), the computer will run out of power when the adapter is unloaded.
      If this issue occurs, the battery will charge from 0% if the computer is restarted on the adapter power.
    • Why cannot the battery work properly?

    Please refer to the items below if such situation occurs frequently.

    ■ Attention

    1. Please re-insert the battery after removing it
      If the issue persists after re-inserting the battery, we can determine that there is loose battery connection.

    2. Please insert the battery into the second battery slot if user has to test the issue.

      • After that, if the issue disappears.
      		 … There is probably a problem with the computer.

      • If the issue persists after inserting the battery into the second battery slot.
      		 … There is probably a problem with the battery.


    3. If user has another battery, please insert it into the computer to check if the problem can be solved.
      Please try to replace the battery to test the issue if user has another compatible one.

      • After that, if the issue disappears.
      		 … There is probably a problem with the original battery.
      • If the issue cannot be resolved after inserting another battery into the computer.
      		 … There is probably a problem with the computer.
