Make settings with the following procedure.

1. Click the "Start" button and then click "Taskbar and Start Menu" from "Settings".
2. The dialog box of "Taskbar and Start Menu Properties" appears. Click the "Advanced" tab, turn on the checkbox of "Display shortcut menu on right-click" from the box of "Start Menu and Taskbar" and click the "OK" button.
Through the above procedure, the shortcut menu is displayed.
