How do I uninstall applications in Windows 8?

Windows 8 applications are uninstalled through Tiles. To do it, follow the steps below:

1. From the Start screen, right-click on the tile of the app that you want to uninstall. The app bar is displayed at the bottom of the screen. In this example, we will uninstall the Xbox LIVE Games app.
    
2. From the app bar, click Uninstall button. A confirmation message is displayed.
    
3. To uninstall the app, click Uninstall button.
    
4. The app is now uninstalled and removed from the Start Screen.
