How to preview files' content without opening the folder in Windows Vista?

Please refer to the following contents

1.Open any folder and click Organize, and then click Preview Panel in the context menu of Layout.

2.On the right of the screen, it will display the preview window.

After clicking any folder, the file’s content will be displayed in the preview window.
According to the different types of files, some of them cannot be previewed.
