Is it possible to use Desktop Themes on either Windows 2000, Windows98* or Windows Me?
Although there isn't any icon in the control panel, the program does exist. Please refer to the following procedure to activate the program.
--Procedure--
1) Click [Start], and then [Run].
2) Input "themes" in the [Open] text box, and then click [OK].
3) The [Desktop Themes] appears.
