Why can't a user account be created?
The Administrator user account cannot be created.
Err Msg: Unable to log you on because of account restriction. appears when trying to login using administrator account.
Windows XP Home Edition will create an Administrator account automatically during the installation. Since Windows does not allow identical user account name, creating an Administrator account is therefore impossible. User with administrative rghts will act like an administrator.
However, Windows only allows user to logon using Administrator account in the Safe mode.
