After disconnecting the player and the Bluetooth audio device, I cannot reconnect them.
- For NW-A300/ZX700 Series, refer to The Walkman cannot connect to a paired device, or the connection repeatedly fails article.
- For other than NW-A300/ZX700 Series, follow these steps to turn the player Bluetooth setting off and then on again.
- On the Home screen, swipe down on the status bar twice or, alternatively, swipe down on the status bar with 2 fingers.
- On the Quick Settings panel, tap the b>Bluetooth icon and then switch the function on or off.
