I cannot capture photos during movie recording.

Photos cannot be recorded and smile shutter does not work during movie recording in the following settings.
These operations are possible when the camcorder is in standby mode.

• File format set to AVCHD and movie image quality set to PS or FX mode.
• File format set to XAVC S 4K and Dual Video REC set to On.

• Dual Video REC set to On. (Only the models released before 2014)

In the case of the following, capturing photos during movie recording cannot be performed even when the camera is in standby mode.

• Picture effect is set.
• Multi Camera Control is Wi-Fi connection with other cameras.
• Recording format is set to XAVC S 4 K and bit rate is 100mbps.
  

NOTE:
　・Available Shooting Modes differ depending on the model of the camera.
　・In some models, you cannot shoot if Frame rate is set to 24p.
