The AC Adaptor does not feed power to the camcorder if I connect it when the camcorder is operated by a battery.

If the AC Adaptor does not feed power to the camcorder when you connect the AC Adaptor, try the steps below.

1. On the camcorder's LCD monitor, select MENU.
2. Select Setup.
3. Select USB Power Supply. 
4. Select On.
5. Disconnect the USB connection support cable from the AC Adaptor and the camcorder, and the AC adaptor from the wall outlet (wall socket).
6. Connect the AC adaptor to the wall outlet (wall socket).
7. Connect the USB connection support cable to the camcorder and the AC Adaptor to feed the power to the camcorder.

If the above steps does not help to resolve the symptom, the product may require Service.
