There may be a loose connection or an incorrect setting
    1. Check the connection and settings are correct.
There is no picture when using an HDMI connection.
There is no picture on the television from the Audio/Video stereo system.
    2. Make sure the TV is set to the correct video input to receive the signal from the Blu-ray Disc player. If the player is a 4K UHD Blu-ray Disc player, be sure that the TV input is compatible with HDCP 2.2 (please refer to this article for an overview of HDCP 2.2 compliant Sony TVs).
    3. Turn off all the devices in the system (TV, Blu-ray Disc player, etc.) and try disconnecting and firmly reconnecting all the cables.
    4. If possible, test if the HDMI cable is defective by replacing it with another one. In case of 4K signal, be sure to use certified Premium High Speed HDMI Cables (more information at https://www.hdmi.org/manufacturer/premiumcable/faq.aspx).
