Try the following

    1. Make sure your TV is connected to the Internet.
      For how to connect to a network or troubleshooting, refer to the How to & Troubleshooting for internet connection article.

    2. Try Refresh Internet content

      1. Press the HOME button, then go to Settings.
      2. Select System SettingsSetupNetwork.
      3. Select Refresh Internet content.
        If Refresh Internet content is not found on your TV menu, skip this and proceed to the next step.
    3. Perform Initialize Personal Information.

      1. Press the HOME button, then go to Settings.
      2. Select Customer support.
      3. Select Initialize Personal Information.
