When the Sound Bar is connected to the TV, the sound of other connected devices (Blu-ray Disc™ player, Gaming console etc.) is delayed.
When there is a sound delay from the Sound Bar when connected to another device and to your TV, try these troubleshooting steps depending on your connected device.

Set the A/V Sync function on your TV to Auto or ON:
Note: A/V sync is a function that adjusts the output timing in order to suppress the gap between the video and sound from the audio device connected to the TV.

- The following step will depend on your TV menu options:
- Select Display & Sound → Audio output → Audio system settings → A/V sync → Auto or ON.
- Select Display & Sound → Audio output → A/V sync → Auto or ON.
- Select Sound → A/V sync → Auto or ON.
If these steps did not resolve the issue, try another connection method.
Sound from the Sound Bar is delayed when a gaming console (such as a PS5™ or PS4) is connected to the TV
Set the A/V Sync function on your TV to Auto or OFF:

Additional troubleshooting
If your Sound Bar has an HDMI input terminal, you can also connect an external input device (such as a Blu-ray Disc player or gaming console) directly to the Sound Bar instead of your TV, which may improve sound delay issues.
