When the Sound Bar is connected to the TV, the sound of other connected devices (Blu-ray Disc™ player, Gaming console etc.) is delayed.

When there is a sound delay from the Sound Bar when connected to another device and to your TV, try these troubleshooting steps depending on your connected device.

The sound from a movie or TV broadcast is heard later than the video when a Blu-ray Disc player or Set-Top Box is connected to the TV.

Set the A/V Sync function on your TV to Auto or ON:

Note: A/V sync is a function that adjusts the output timing in order to suppress the gap between the video and sound from the audio device connected to the TV.

    1. Open the Settings screen.
    2. The following step will depend on your TV menu options:

If these steps did not resolve the issue, try another connection method.

    Additional troubleshooting

If your Sound Bar has an HDMI input terminal, you can also connect an external input device (such as a Blu-ray Disc player or gaming console) directly to the Sound Bar instead of your TV, which may improve sound delay issues.
