The connection using Miracast (Screen Mirroring) is unstable or unable to connect

    Depending on the use environment, the video or sound may be intermittent or stop. Make sure your Wi-Fi signal is strong both on your casting device and the projector. Also make sure all devices are updated to the latest firmware available.

    NOTE: Although this unit complies with the Miracast standard, connectivity with all devices is not guaranteed.

    For instance:

    • A computer installed with Windows 8.1 and compatible with HDCP 2.1 or earlier cannot establish a Miracast connection
    • A computer installed with Windows 8.1 and compatible with HDCP 2.2 may be able to establish a Miracast connection when Windows Updates have been installed
