TV froze when connecting USB device or playing USB contents.

    Check the following.

    1. Restart the TV.
    2. Connect to another USB port.
    3. Format the USB device (make sure  file formats and  system are supported on TV).
    4. Try with another USB device.
    5. If the issue is still unresolved, reset to Factory settings.

      1. Press the HOME button on the remote.
      2. Select Settings.
      3. Select System Settings.
      4. Select Customer Support.
      5. Select Factory Settings.
      6. Select OK.

    NOTE:

    • The initial setup screen displays after completing this process.
    • Be sure not to turn the TV off during this period (it takes about 30 seconds) or press any buttons.
