Cannot display contents such as photos, videos or music in the USB memory on the Album, Video or Music application of the TV.
When a file explorer app such as ES File Explorer is installed, choose the application by following the steps below.
- Disconnect and connect the USB memory from the TV.
- When a message is displayed on the TV, wait for the message to disappear automatically or select CANCEL with the TV remote.
- Select your desired application such as Album.
