How can I know the TV has detected the HDR content?
Check the following.
NOTE: If you use the X67E_X69E, X70E_X72E, X72F, X70F_X73F, or X70G series, click here.
- In case of HDMI or USB, follow the Step A, B or C.
- In case of IPTV, follow the Step C.
- For TVs released in 2018 or later, follow the Step A or C.
Step A
- Press the i+ button on the remote control.
- Scene: Auto (HDR) is displayed on the screen.
Step B
- Press the HOME button on the remote control.
- Select Setting.
- Select System Settings.
- Select Picture.
- HDR-Game or HDR-Cinema is displayed under Picture Mode.
Step C
- Press the Option button on the remote control.
- Select Picture.
- HDR-Game or HDR-Cinema is displayed under Picture Mode.
NOTE:
- TV will detect HDR automatically when Scene Select is set to Auto and the HDR content has the HDR information flag.
- Depending on the model, the TV may not detect HDR contents via USB.
For X67E_X69E, X70E_X72E, X72F, X70F_X73F, or X70G series
- In case of HDMI or USB, Digital-RF, follow the Step A, B or C.
- In case of IPTV, follow the Step C.

- Press the HOME button on the remote control.
- Select Setting.
- Select System Settings.
- Select Picture.
- HDR-Vivid or HDR-Video is displayed under Picture Mode.
Step C
- Press the Option button on the remote control.
- Select Picture.
- HDR-Vivid or HDR-Video is displayed under Picture Mode.
