The TV freezes and I cannot see the pictures when I connect a smartphone by USB cable in MTP (media transfer protocol) mode.
To solve this issue, please connect the USB cable in MTP mode and browse through photos only in the CATEGORY folder.
NOTE: Do not select the ALL folder or the GENERIC folder to display the contents.
