The Voice Assist function (Google app, Siri) does not work or recognize my commands.
Connect the headset to a Voice Assist compatible mobile device, then quickly press and release the Power/Play/Call button twice. This will activate the Voice Assist feature.
NOTE: The power will turn off if you hold the Power/Play/Call button too long.
The Voice Assist may not hear or not recognize a command if the headset microphone is covered by or rubbing against your clothes.
Make sure the position of the microphone (A) is away from your clothing or other objects.
