The Noise Canceling effect changes unexpectedly.
Because of the Auto NC Optimizer feature (optimizing the Noise Canceling function automatically), the Noise Canceling effect may change depending on the conditions or how you are wearing the headphones.
For example, the following may cause the Noise Canceling effect to change:
- Going down the stairs, eating, drinking, or speaking loudly
- Touching or adjusting the position of the headphones
- The headphones move or slip slightly
