Why are the descriptions of the processor displayed in System Properties different from the specifications of the actual CPU installed?
* The frequency information of the processor speed displayed is lower than its maximum frequency value.
* Wrong CPU clock is displayed in System Information.
This symptom occurs when:
- The information of a new CPU is not registered to the Operating System. This could be due to the introduction of the CPU after the release of an Operating System.
- The computer is equiped with an adjustable processor clock frequency.
User can check the details of the installed CPU through Sony Notebook Setup or System Information.
