    This symptom occurs under the following conditions.
    - When the information of a new CPU, which was introduced only after the releasing of an Operating System and it is not registered to the Operating System.
    - When the computer is equiped with an adjustable processor clock frequency.

    User can check the details of the installed CPU in Sony Notebook Setup or System Information. On some computers, CPU information can be identified incorrectly in System Information or System Properties.
