There is "FAX" in "Priter" folder of "Control Panel." When right-clicking the "FAX" icon and choosing "Properties," "Fax Properties" appears. But, "Sharing" tab in "Fax Properties" shows the following message. "Sharing is not supported"
You cannot share "Fax Service".
You cannot share "Fax Service" just as you do an ordinary printer, even though "Fax Service" is treated as a virtual printer. We would like you to understand that it is the specification of Windows 2000.
This symptom results from the fact that "Fax Service" is a client component only of a local computer. That is, you cannot use it as a fax server of a network.
