How to change the user's rights, privileges (access permission)?
To change the user's rights, privileges (access permission), please follow the steps below.
1. Log in as an administrator, or an account with administrator's rights.
2. Click Start, point to Settings and click Control Panel.
3. Click User Accounts.
4. Click the account that is to be amended.
5. Click Change my account type.
6. Select the desired rights and privileges for this account and click Change Account Type.
