How to set the possible rules and conditions upon receiving an e-mail on Outlook Express?
How to copy, move, delete, forward or perform other possible actions automatically upon receiving an e-mail?
Follow the steps below to set the possible rules and conditions:
1. Start Outlook Express.
2. From the Tools menu, point to Message Rules and click Mail.
If the rules and the message rules are previously set or created, the New Mail Rule does not appear. Message Rules will appear instead. Click New.
3. In 1. Select the Conditions for your rule:, select the required condition.
4. In 2. Select the Action for your rule:, select the action to be performed based on the conditions selected.
5. In 3. Rule Description:, click on the underlined value to customize the rules.
