Why does the size of the image file change when I edit and save it with PictureGear?
When I edit and save a compressed image file e.g. JPEG, GIF with PictureGear, its size changes sometimes. Why?
When you edit and save a compressed image file e.g. JPEG, GIF, the file is compressed every time you save it. Therefore, the file size fluctuates before and after editing, depending on the saving method.
To avoid the deterioration of image quality, save the file with format that does not compress data, such as BMP.
