Why do some photos in the category appear blank?
Some photos in the category appear blank.
This is due to the specifications of the product.
If the file names of the original photos registered to the category have been changed or moved to other folders using softwares other than Photo Collection (for example, Explorer), the photos in that category may become blank. This is because the information registered to that category is not moved over. Therefore, please use Photo Collection to change the file names or move the folders of the photos registered to the category.
