    (To reproduce the symptom)

    1. Click the "Start" button and then click "Run".
    2. When the "Run" window appears, type "dxdiag.exe" in the textbox of "Open" and click the "OK" button.
    3. The window of "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" appears.
    4. Check "System Information" in the "System" tab on the window of "DirectX Diagnostic Tool".
    5. The descriptions of the CPU displayed on the screen are sometimes different from the actual CPU and clock frequency, or don't show the clock frequency.
